Ordering and Delivery

We are happy to send orders abroad. The delivery charge is 5.00 Euro per order.

Payment can be made with Paypal: There is only a pre-authorization of the order amount. The final invoice amount will only be debited on the day of delivery. If items are not available, they will not be charged. 

The credit card payment goes through Stripe.

You can also pay by credit card or other payment methods from your country with Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this.

International delivery takes from 4 days to 2 weeks.

You can sign up after placing your order. 

All information is confidential and will be used exclusively for processing the order. It will not

be used for advertising or disclosed to a third party. 

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you an order confirmation via e-mail or dispatch the product. 

Additional duties and charges may apply to deliveries outside the European Union.

The contract can be concluded in either german or english. 

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer you may cancel the contract within seven working days, starting the day after you have received the goods, without having to give any reason. However this period will not start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” have been fulfilled. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by written notice send to us by post, by fax, by e-mail. You must address the cancellation to:

Consequences of Cancellation

Prior to the cancellation, you shall retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You are under the duty to take reasonable care to see that the returned goods are received by the supplier and not damaged in transit, but in other respects your duty to take care of the goods shall cease once you send them. You will be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid within thirty days after the supplier has received your notice of cancellation.
